ST. LOUIS -Cardinals first-base coach Stubby Clapp has been back in St. Louis since 2019, but his ties to the organization go back to being drafted by the club in 1996.

While he’s made his mark with the Cardinals, his biggest baseball impact may be in his home country. Earlier this year, the Windsor, Ontario native was inducted into the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame.
