NeNe Leakes is making her official return to Bravo in the new upcoming series Real Housewives: Ultimate Road Trip.

The new series was announced byAndy Cohen at 2025's BravoCon and sources have revealed to TMZ that Leakes will be joining the cast. This marks Leakes' first Bravo appearance following her departure from RHOA in 2020.

Leakes had previously been in a public legal battle with Bravo, NBCUniversal, True Entertainment, and Andy Cohen in 2022. In the now dropped federal lawsuit, Leakes alleged experiencing a racist and hostile work environment while filming RHOA. She claimed that production repeatedly ignored racist remarks made by fellow housewife Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

The lawsuit was formally dropped in Aug. 2022 with both parties agreeing to settle the lawsuit through arbitration.

According to TMZ, Leakes will not be a full time cast member on Real Housewives Ultimate Road Trip and will only be appearing on the series when it films in Atlanta.

The series will follow numerous fan-favorite housewives across various franchises as they travel through iconic landmarks in Real Housewives history. Furthermore, the show will serve as a celebration of the franchise approaching 20 years on the air. The first iteration of Real Housewives premiered all the back in 2006 with The Real Housewives of Orange County.

Additional cast members and a release date for Real Housewives Ultimate Road Trip has not yet been announced.
