The Traitors season 4 cast may be full of cold-blooded Traitors and leery Faithfuls, but several of them are dedicated parents when they're at home with their kids.
The latest installment of the hit Peacock reality show premiered on Jan. 8, featuring familiar faces from Survivor, Big Brother and The Real Housewives franchise, plus fan-favorite dating show personalities, comedians and artists.
This season, 13 out of the 23 cast members are parents, including gamers like Rob Cesternino and Tiffany Mitchell, plus Dancing with the Stars pro Mark Ballas and The Bachelor alum Colton Underwood.
Meanwhile, Candiace Dillard Bassett, Lisa Rinna, Dorinda Medley and Caroline Stanbury have all had their daughters and sons featured in the Real Housewives shows.
Olympic figure skater Tara Lipinski, comedian Ron Funches and actor Michael Rapaport have also shared glimpses of their children on social media.

Dancing with the Stars pro Mark Ballas and his wife, singer-songwriter BC Jean, welcomed their son, Banksi, in 2023.
They announced his birth a month later with a faceless photo on Instagram. "Welcome to Earth my son," he captioned it.
The couple then took a break from social media, and Ballas explained why that was important to them on The Joe Vulpis Podcast in November 2024.
"[We were at] home and in it with him," he said. "We were just like, ‘let’s just be here.' "

The Real Housewives of Potomac star Candiace Dillard Bassett welcomed her son, Jett, with husband Chris Bassett in 2024.
Her emotional IVF journey was followed on season 7 of the reality show, and she was so thrilled when she finally became a mom.
"He is just the cutest little thing," she told PEOPLE at the time. "Chris and I couldn't be happier. It's so cliché to say, but he's brought such joy to our lives in ways I never would have been able to describe before. It's pure love!"
Dillard Bassett is also a stepmom to Chris’ three kids from two previous relationships: Owen, Mateo and Naia.

Comedian Ron Funches has two sons who were born nearly two decades apart.
Funches was only 20 when he welcomed Malcolm in 2004. Later on in life, Funches had Teddy in 2022.
The TV personality has been open about Malcolm’s autism diagnosis, discussing it in his stand-up specials and sharing a special message for Autism Awareness Day.
“Thank you to my son who brought autism awareness into my life, and continually teaches me so much every day,” he wrote on Instagram.
During a February 2022 appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Funches revealed what it was like becoming a father again.
“I loved growing up with my son, but I was pressured. I was always broke, and now it’s so different,” he said. “It’s so different! I can afford to relax! My bank account’s not negative, JHud!”

Rob Cesternino’s 2 Sons

Two-time Survivor contestant Rob Cesternino married his wife, Nicole Cesternino, in 2010, and the pair welcomed sons Dominic James and Anthony Joseph in 2013 and 2015, respectively.
The Rob Has A Podcast host decided to leave Los Angeles for a quieter life in North Carolina in 2021, writing on Instagram, “I came to California with two suitcases, big hopes and not much else. Tonight, I’m grateful for this chapter that brought me a family, the career I love and more great stories than I can remember.”
Cesternino told Spectrum News 1 in 2024 that they specifically picked their new home because they thought it was best for their kids. "I just kept Googling best places to raise a family, and Raleigh was just No. 1, No. 1, No. 1," Nicole explained.
"She found this place in this area, and she said she loved it," Cesternino added. "That was all I needed to hear. Nicole says this is the thing, then I know it's going to work out."

Donna Kelce’s 2 Sons

Donna Kelce famously earned the nickname “America’s Mom” for being the mother of NFL pros Jason and Travis Kelce, the younger of whom is engaged to Taylor Swift.
Donna welcomed Jason in 1987 and Travis in 1989 with ex-husband Ed Kelce, who she was married to for nearly 25 years before divorcing. These days, Donna enjoys being a grandma to Jason and his wife Kylie Kelce's four daughters.
On The Traitors season 4 premiere, Donna admitted her boys were “so excited” for her to be on the show. “They’re huge fans,” she said. “Jason is the one who got me involved. We just, literally, one weekend during playoffs, we binged it. It was great.”
The former banker also added that she “never thought in a million years that I would get this chance ... When you get to a certain part in your life, and your kids are starting their own families, it’s so important to reinvent yourself, do the things you’ve always dreamt of — and that’s how I ended up in Scotland!”

Olympic figure skater Tara Lipinski and husband Todd Kapostasy welcomed their daughter Georgie Winter Lipinski Kapostasy in 2023 via surrogate following a long fertility journey and an endometriosis diagnosis.
Lipinski has been loving life with her “mini me,” from enjoying Christmas morning together to showing her the world of ice skating.
In 2025, Tara told PEOPLE she was trying for baby No. 2.
"We are definitely wanting to bring a sibling to Georgie, so we are in the process of starting our second journey," she said. "But that's a long process and there's always what ifs with that. But fingers crossed, maybe that can happen for us."

Dorinda Medley’s 1 Daughter

The Real Housewives of New York City icon Dorinda Medley welcomed her daughter, Hannah Lynch, during her marriage to Ralph Lynch, which ended in 2005.
When Dorinda married Richard Medley, he immediately welcomed her daughter into the family.
"I [met] you at such an important time in my life and you not only embraced me, you embraced my daughter as your own," she wrote on Instagram while honoring her late husband, who died in 2011. "You'll be happy to know we are all doing well and there are so many stories to tell. We often speak of you with laughter, love and incredible memories."
Through the marriage, Dorinda also became a stepmom to Richard’s two kids, Paige and Aidan, whom she remained "very close to,” as she shared in a 2019 Daily Dish podcast episode.
For her part, Hannah is an academic writer and has appeared on RHONY several times throughout the years.

Gamer Tiffany Mitchell is the mom of one adult son named Christian. In 2021, the Big Brother season 23 and The Challenge: USA seasons 1 and 2 star revealed how being a mother impacted her strategy on the reality competition shows.
“I was not trying to play the mother role because my son was at home,” Mitchell shared in a 2021 Reddit AMA. “Someone asked day one if they could call me Mama Tiff, and I said hell no. Who wants to play Big Brother with their mom?!”
Now, her son is all grown up and attending college at Western Michigan University.
“The day has finally come when I can say ‘my son is in college’,” she wrote on Instagram in 2025. “There’s so much I could say about this young man, our journey, and the getting to this moment but I will sum it up with: life is great. I’m an extremely proud mom.”

“Believe in yourself. Don’t take no for an answer. Be humble. Be confident. All the things that I am trying to figure out,” he said. “As a father your kid will look at you like you are perfect. As grown-ups we know that we are not. You just want to set your kids up to have a better chance and have a better view of things than you.”

Both Delilah and Amelia were featured on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with their mom from a young age, and now they both work as successful fashion models.
When asked the most important lessons she learned from her famous parents in 2024, Amelia told Fox News, "Be kind. It's really important to be a kind person. I think that I’ve led with that, and it’s honestly what’s gotten me so far. Work hard, but more importantly, you can achieve anything you want as long as you just do it.”

They welcomed Yasmine in 2006 and twin boys Zack and Aaron in 2010. Stanbury previously starred in the reality show, Ladies of London, which featured her children as they grew in front of the camera.

Former Bachelor star Colton Underwood became a dad when he and his husband, Jordan C. Brown, welcomed son Bishop Colton Brown-Underwood, via egg donor and surrogate, in 2024.
"Our world is a million times better with you in it,” Underwood wrote in his birth announcement on Instagram.
The duo plans to welcome more kids using the remaining embryos in the future.
“That was one of the things we bonded over early in our relationship. We both wanted to be dads,” Underwood told PEOPLE. “But it's been such an incredible experience for us to go through this together, and I cannot wait to watch Jordan become a dad.”
On his first birthday, Underwood revealed how much Bishop had “changed his life,” writing, “you’ve taught me more than I could have ever imagined...about patience, about slowing down, and most of all, about love.”

Now married to husband Simon Guobadia, she’s also the stepmother of five more kids: Ximena, Benjamin, Christian, Nicole and Quentin.
"She loves her brothers and sisters, which is so beautiful," Williams told PEOPLE in 2023. “I mean, she was an only child, to boom. She's got two sisters and three brothers overnight. And they're so patient and loving with her.”
