According to the official character description, Elliot Carr, a.k.a. the Connecticut Cobbler, is "a master craftsman and high-end shoemaker who specialized in extraordinary custom shoes made from only the rarest and most exotic of leathers — think alligator, rhino and people, skinning his victims alive."
*The Hunting Party* centers on Bex as she leads a small team of investigators tasked with tracking down the most dangerous serial killers who have escaped from "The Pit," a top-secret government prison.
The Connecticut Cobbler is one of those escaped killers, and now that he's on the loose, he's "making a whole new set of kicks, this time with a twist."

"I was a wreck. I was an absolute wreck. Like that real low-gut, ugly cry kind of wreck all the way through it," Dallas previously told ** about the final table read for *Manifest*. "It was just layered with so much. It was layered with the end of this story, the characters' end, and the real-life actors and crew, that family we've built over five years coming to an end in some ways. It was super emotional, not only doing that read-through, but filming the final episode. It was just supercharged."
*The Hunting Party* season 2 airs Thursdays on NBC.
