Cardi B Says She’s ‘Scared of Getting My Boobs Done,’ but Says Her 4 Kids Turned Them into ‘Bean Bags’

Cardi B admitted that she’s “scared” to have her breasts done, but said that her four kids have turned them into “bean bags”

“I’ve had these titties for a really long time and they’re sagging really bad,” the rapper shared during a stream on X Spaces

Cardi B says that she’s “scared” to get her breasts done. The rapper got candid about her concern surrounding the procedure via X Spaces on Monday, Oct. 19.

“I’m not gonna lie, I want to get my titties done already,” Cardi shared. “For some reason, I’m scared. For some reason, I’m very scared of getting my boobs done. I don’t know why. I’m not afraid to do nothing but my boobs. It’s not a fun surgery, but I have to get my boobs done.”

The “Bodak Yellow” rapper, 34, explained that her four kids have “f--ked” her “s--t” up, calling her boobs “bean bags.”

“I’ve been having these boobs already for 100 years,” she continued. “I have been having them for like 18 years. I’ve had these titties for a really long time and they’re sagging really bad.”

She added, “My nipples are very, very, very big. My areolas, I guess, they’re super, super big. I love them, I really do. They’re sexy. However, it is so hard for me to put certain clothes on.”

Cardi also said that she doesn’t want to change the size of her breasts but is looking for a refresh. “But yet, I don’t know if I’ma get them done,” she explained. “I said I want to ... I’ve been saying I want to for a long time, but I don’t know if I’m going to.”

The rapper spoke about undergoing a breast augmentation at age 18 during a 2021 conversation with Mariah Carey for Interview.

“I was really skinny when I was younger, and in the Bronx, it’s about being thick and having an ass, so young boys would be like, ‘Look at your flat ass. You ain’t got no titties,’ ” she recalled. “And it would make me feel so ugly and undeveloped.”

Cardi continued, “When I was 18 and became a dancer, I had enough money to afford to buy boobs, so every insecurity that I felt about my breasts was gone.”

The rapper shares three kids — daughter Kulture, 8, son Wave, 5, and daughter Blossom, 2 — with her estranged husband, Offset, and one son, welcomed on Nov. 4, 2025, with ex-boyfriend Stefon Diggs.

After weeks of speculation, Cardi confirmed her pregnancy with Diggs and simultaneously announced her new album, Am I the Drama?, during her CBS Mornings interview. She also opened up about why she waited to reveal the pregnancy, explaining that she wanted to share the news on her “own time” and on her “own terms.”

“I’m not hiding,” she added, “but let me see a couple of more sonograms, let my baby be healthy.”

Two months later, their baby son was born. “Cardi is healthy and happy,” her rep confirmed to PEOPLE.

Cardi also shared the news on Instagram, writing, “I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.”
