The model emphasizes protecting her sons' privacy despite their brief appearance in the photo shoot

Graham shares her oldest son's Broadway dreams, but says she wants her kids to focus on being children

Ashley Graham brought all three of her sons to her most recent photo shoot — but that doesn't mean she's going to compromise on her family's privacy.

The model, 38, appeared on the cover of Marie Clare for their annual Motherhood issue and posed alongside her three sons— Isaac, 6, and twins Malachi and Roman, 4, whom she shares with husband Justin Ervin.

In one photo, Graham can be seen holding her oldest in her lap, who had his head turned from the camera. Another showed the model lying down while her twins were captured in motion, running around the long wooden bench.

However, despite briefly appearing in her shoot, Graham tells the outlet that she wants to maintain privacy for her family of four.

"There's just some things to me that are so sacred," says Graham. "We live in such an oversharing world...I feel like I've shared a lot of my life with so many people, [and] there's three little things that I don't want to share and they're called Isaac, Roman and Malachi."

Choosing to keep her sons off the Internet has been proving tougher than she thought, since her oldest son Isaac has dreams of being on Broadway or being a chef at a "menuless restaurant."

"He's the one that's like on the fireplace mantle with the microphone, like giving us the whole performance," Graham shares. "His favorite is anything from Aladdin."

But Graham won't be putting her sons in the audition circuit anytime soon.

"Right now, I want my kids to just be kids. I want them to play and have fun," she says.

Back in April 2025, Graham spoke with PEOPLE ahead of her Broadway debut in Chicago and shared that her three sons were not planning on coming to the theatre to see their mom onstage. However, Graham's older son, Isaac, did seem to understand that his mom is doing something special.

"The weird thing is, the other day I FaceTimed him and I was like, 'Hey, Mommy's at work,' " Graham told PEOPLE. "He goes, 'Oh, you busy being Roxie [Hart]?' I was like, 'What?'"

"So clearly his ears are open and he's listening. And when I first told him I'm going on Broadway, he goes, 'Oh, like Michael Jackson, like when you took me to see Michael Jackson,' " she said of the show MJ on Broadway. "And I was like, 'Exactly.' So I'm getting compared to Michael Jackson and I'm not mad at it."
